Raleigh, North Carolina, United States Novalink Solutions LLC Full time
Job Description

Maintaining patient identity integrity is a critical task that requires analytical and investigational skills. As a Patient Identity Integrity Specialist at Novalink Solutions LLC, you will be responsible for piecing together the patient identity story using multiple tools and systems.

This position contributes to the management of master patient index environments used as the foundation for patient care, analytics, and reporting activities in the statewide health information exchange (HIE) network, NC HealthConnex. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring accurate patient identities and correct functioning of HIE systems and services.

Experience managing a master patient index or similarly large/complex data system is also required. Additionally, knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory compliance is essential, particularly as it relates to Electronic Health Record (EHR)/Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and Health Information Exchange (HIE).

We are looking for a skilled individual who can plan, organize, and execute duties independently with minimal supervision. The ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of an organization is also essential.
