About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Psychologist to join our team at Urban Counseling Collective in Salem, OR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed, strength-based therapy
  • Develop and maintain a thriving caseload while prioritizing professional growth and development
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices in mental health
Requirements
  • Fully licensed Psychologist in the state of Oregon
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Solid computer and basic technology skills
  • Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
Preferred Qualifications
  • Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
  • Experience working with children or adolescents
  • Experience with couples or family counseling
  • Experience with health psychology
