Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $145,000 per year.

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, and 401K plan, we also provide paid leave, holiday pay, and flexible paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and control maintenance department activities to ensure facility and production equipment are maintained for schedule adherence.
  • Establish preventive maintenance systems for all equipment and maintain an inventory of spare parts for repairs and scheduled maintenance.
  • Manage a maintenance budget covering facilities and production equipment costs.
  • Lead salaried and hourly maintenance employees, providing coaching, counseling, training, and ensuring they are fully qualified in their job classifications.
  • Enforce safety policies, respond to hazards timely, and participate on the plant Safety Committee.
  • Evaluate equipment availability losses due to maintenance downtime and conduct periodic compliance inspections (OSHA, Codes, NFPA).
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 5-10 years of industrial maintenance supervisory experience.
  • Completed training in shop practices and OSHA compliance.
  • Technical school or college education beyond high school is preferred.
  • Knowledge of industrial facilities and aerospace manufacturing maintenance requirements.
  • Experience with large mechanical & hydraulic presses and/or controls.
  • Rigorous knowledge of safety procedures.
  • Proven success with preventative maintenance processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
