Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and safety-conscious Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team at Seawind Hotel Investment LLC. As a Shuttle Bus Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of our passengers to and from Seatac Airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Management: Collate and edit transportation schedules based on passenger needs, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
  • Pre-Trip Preparations: Arrive at collection points before departure times, confirming the presence of all passengers and recording any no-shows.
  • Passenger Safety: Ensure adherence to passenger limits, both seated and standing, and avoid high-traffic and accident-prone routes whenever possible.
  • Incident Response: Separate physical altercations and calm verbal disputes, as needed, and record and report all major accidents and incidents to your supervisor.
  • Post-Trip Procedures: Confirm that passengers disembark at the correct destinations and in a timely manner, and ensure the shuttle bus is fueled, well-maintained, and presentable.
  • Compliance: Observe all relevant traffic and safety laws, regulations, and codes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience transporting individuals via shuttle bus and driving groups of people.
  • Knowledge: Outstanding knowledge of applicable transport and safety codes, including first aid training.
  • Skillset: Excellent route planning abilities, great improvisational skills, and an amicable and optimistic disposition.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing circumstances.
