Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Operations
    • Schedule, dispatch, and debrief service requests
    • Quote and assist with invoicing
    • Review customer requests for credits and concessions
    • Communicate with customers regarding concerns
  • Project Management
    • Work with Sales to identify site needs for equipment and software
    • Collaborate with the Project team to ensure timely execution
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
    • Develop solutions to meet client expectations
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, select, and train employees
    • Maintain a safe and secure work environment
    • Develop personal growth opportunities for staff
  • Performance Metrics
    • Monitor and improve profitability
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
    • Complete required training and development objectives
Requirements
  • Reports to the General Manager
  • Collaborates with the General Manager, Administrative Assistant, Project Foreman, Sales Executive, and technical services team
