Business Operations Coordinator

XcelHR is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to the Executive team.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Executive team, including preparing reports, maintaining office supplies, and handling confidential information.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including vendor maintenance and mail sorting.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable and Tax duties, and perform other tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- One year of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
$52,000 - $62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
