Safety is paramount in our operations. We are committed to providing a Best in Class experience for everyone involved in our fleet operations. Our ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and the capability to:

· Oversee safety, compliance, and operational efficiency for our extensive fleet of 230 vehicles.

· Coordinate and monitor fleet-related training for both current and newly onboarded Staff Zone personnel.

· Supervise the maintenance and servicing of all company vehicles via our established network of service providers.

· Lead the recruitment and training processes for new Van Drivers.

· Analyze data and prepare weekly and monthly reports to uphold a high standard of efficiency within the Fleet Department.

· Conduct regular audits of all vehicles using our GPS tracking system to ensure adherence to safe driving practices and operational protocols.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree

· Valid Driver's License

· Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $65,000 annually with potential for bonuses
