As a member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in the continuous development of Amazon Q. You'll work alongside a diverse group of professionals, including researchers and scientists, to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into our software solutions.

Leverage Advanced AI Techniques

You'll utilize and understand machine learning techniques, prompt engineering, and agent-based workflows to develop and enhance AI-powered software tools. Your work will be a blend of research and real-world application, with a focus on innovation and implementation.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

You'll work alongside a diverse group of professionals, including researchers and scientists, to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into our software solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement new features, leveraging your understanding of AI and machine learning.

Ensure High-Quality Software Standards

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
