Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Baker to join our team at Storyville Coffee. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality pastries and menu items that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of sweet and savory pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
  • Operate commercial mixers, sheeters, and ovens to produce high-quality products
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with our team to meet production demands and achieve quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 1 year of professional baking experience, preferably in a commercial kitchen
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
