**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Development Technician to join our team at Zobility, a leading workforce management and staffing division of RGBSI. As a Product Development Technician, you will play a critical role in the development of materials for electronics applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct experiments and perform a variety of technical procedures to develop new materials and technologies.
  • Work on special projects as guided by supervisors, utilizing strong laboratory and research skills to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and sound lab techniques.
  • Analyze data using advanced digital systems and provide timely communications to supervisors.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, performing assignments with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Hands-on experience with machines and tools, with a strong inclination towards innovation and problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in a laboratory environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude.
  • Project management skills, with a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.

**Education:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or a related field.
