Job Title: House Supervisor Registered Nurse RN Per Diem Varied Shifts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Supervisor Registered Nurse RN to join our team at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center. As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating services and resources during evening, night, and weekend shifts, including staffing, unusual situations, disaster scenarios, and supervision and direction on all clinical and administrative issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Basic computer skills and customer service skills are also required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • BSN required - Masters preferred.
  • BLS (or obtained within 90 days of employment).
  • CCRN/CEN desirable or other certification.
  • Current and active Florida State RN Licensure.
  • ACLS (or obtained within 90 days of employment).
