About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Old Chicago Pizza and Taproom. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for our guests and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and service ware to ensure a clean and safe environment for food preparation and service.
  • Maintain the dish area, equipment, and chemicals to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure that all kitchen areas, including the dish area, are clean and free of clutter.
  • Verify that all dish machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink are properly maintained and functioning correctly.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure seamless collaboration with kitchen staff.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately count change.
