Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Management: Provision, configure, and maintain Azure Government Cloud environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security controls, compliance policies, and governance frameworks specific to government regulations and standards.
  • Collaboration and Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to design, implement, and optimize cloud-based solutions that meet government requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor and analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Cloud Expertise and Staying Current: Stay current with Azure Government Cloud updates, new features, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our infrastructure.
  • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans for Azure Government Cloud environments.
  • Compliance and Security Audits: Work closely with compliance and security teams to conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to government standards.
  • Technical Support and Guidance: Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams for Azure Government Cloud-related projects.
Requirements
  • Required US Citizen Located in the US
  • Proven experience as a Cloud Administrator with a focus on Azure Government Cloud.
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure services and features, especially those relevant to government deployments.
  • Experience with government compliance standards such as FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST.
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity management in the Azure Government Cloud environment.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using bash, PowerShell, python, or other relevant tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a cloud environment.
Work Arrangement

Hybrid in St. Louis preferred but full remote is allowed.
