The Inside Sales Representative is a key member of the sales team at ZOLL Medical Corporation, responsible for managing relationships with distribution sales representatives, ZOLL Channel Partner Managers, and end-user customers. This role entails high-volume outbound calling activities, training, and sales webinars, as well as end-user sales facilitation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify opportunities from lead generation activities, inbound product inquiries, and outbound calling initiatives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution sales representatives, ZOLL Channel Partner Managers, and end-user customers.
- Business Development: Identify and assist with establishing new distribution partners.
- Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with client services to create a seamless customer service environment and support distribution by generating and analyzing reports and data.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, prior sales training, and inside sales training required. Minimum two years of inside sales, lead development, or outbound call center experience required.
- Skills and Abilities: Basic office computer skills required, proficiency in learning new software preferred. High level of integrity and work ethic required. Excellent communication, writing, and phone skills required. Time and task management skills required. Energetic and competitive nature a major plus.
