Job SummaryThis position plays a vital role in coordinating total nursing care for patients, ensuring seamless communication between healthcare teams and providing exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care activities, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-advocacy.
- Act as a patient advocate, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of patient care and safety.
- Current/active North Carolina or compact RN license.
- BLS certification, or obtained within the first week of hire.
- ACLS certification, or obtained within 12 months from the date of hire.
