Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to contribute to our mission of redefining luxury electric mobility. This role demands expertise in firmware development and hardware design, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize software for ARM-based microprocessors and microcontrollers.
- Utilize various communication protocols such as SPI, UART, I2C, Ethernet, USB, MIPI CSI-2, LVDS, and GMSL.
- Employ compilers and GNU toolchains for ARM processor targets.
- Create and maintain test frameworks using Python or similar Object-Oriented Programming languages.
- Interpret schematics and component datasheets to differentiate between software and hardware issues.
- Collaborate within a dynamic, cross-functional team to enhance software programming capabilities.
- Design automated test scripts for DVT and Compliance testing, including summary report generation.
- Conduct Linux board bring-up and testing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in firmware development (C/C++) and test software for ARM microprocessors.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, Golang, or Scala.
- Demonstrated success in large-scale algorithmic environments.
- Commitment to high standards of code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Willingness to embrace new technologies across various areas, including Vehicle Control, Routing Algorithms, Server Infrastructure, UI, and Embedded Systems.
- Experience with Maps, GIS, or Computational Geometry data is advantageous.

The compensation range for this position is competitive and reflective of the candidate's experience and skills.
