We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill a union manufacturing production operator position at Saint-Gobain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating all production equipment in accordance with specific processes while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate industrial equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
  • Meet quality and efficiency goals
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production objectives
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with industrial equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work 8 or 12-hour shifts
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating a forklift
  • Consistent use of personal protective equipment
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb, stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach overhead, and work in high-abrasive environments
