Job Role:

  • Technical Specialist

Mandatory Skills:
JDE Sales & Distribution Functional/Techno-Functional, MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive Pay, Labelling solutions, Oracle APS

Responsibilities:
Deliver extensive experience in JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module with techno-functional skills. Collaborate with business users to resolve high severity issues. Engage in application testing, knowledge transfer, and support activities. Provide second-level support for service requests and system defects. Work with onsite-offshore models for application development and support. Monitor software releases, perform ERP and database troubleshooting. Train team members, administer ERP in production, manage database optimization and recovery.

Compensation:
$75.00 per hour
