Northside Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Professional Nurse to join our team as part of our Spring 2025 Bone Marrow Transplant Nurse Residency Program. As a Registered Nurse at Northside Hospital, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a team of experienced healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
- Independently plan and implement patient care plans, utilizing evidence-based practice and clinical knowledge.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
- Less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse.
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS).
- BSN degree.
- Other preferred RN attributes are unit specific. Please refer to the specific clinical unit.
