Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of hourly associates to ensure department goals are met, including order aging, accuracy, and fill rate.

  • Initiate, change, and drive process improvements to support A&F's growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain process consistency and drive business results.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that respects and values diversity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience.
  • Strong leadership style with a focus on team development.
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Somali speaking).
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with WMS systems.
  • Outstanding written and face-to-face communication skills.
