About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our operations team and contribute to the growth and success of Hoover Energy Services. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing our service centers, equipment, and vehicles, and ensuring that our work is completed efficiently and effectively.
You will also be responsible for meeting regularly with customers to ensure that we meet and exceed their expectations. This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for current and new customers across the company.
- Manage vehicles and equipment for assigned technicians with the assistance of the Department Supervisors.
- Ensure that assigned service center, equipment, and vehicles are consistently clean based on Company Expectations.
- Required to maintain the work is being completed on time as well as completed proficiently and correctly;
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of previous work experience (Automation + Gas And Liquid Measurement) required and/or the combination of equivalent work experience and educational/technical training in a related field;
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and handle parts;
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, with the ability to respond to call outs as needed to fulfill business objective and the ability to work shifts for plant or field conditions;
Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year depending on experience.
