Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team in the Federal Way, Washington area. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to kick-start their career in speech-language pathology while enjoying the benefits of working with Soliant Health.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in PreK through middle school
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support students' academic and social success
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
