Role Summary

The Advanced Cardiac Imaging Specialist is a certified healthcare professional who possesses both academic knowledge and practical experience in utilizing imaging modalities to assist healthcare providers in diagnosing cardiovascular conditions. This role involves operating advanced ultrasound machinery to capture dynamic 2-D and 3-D representations of the heart and its structures. The responsibilities encompass all procedures and practices permitted by law, for which the individual has received appropriate education and clinical training, as well as completed necessary certifications such as ARDMS-RDCS and/or RVT or CCI-RCS, which are recognized standards in the field of ultrasound imaging.

Essential Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (or higher)
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
  • Valid ARDMS (RDCS or RVT) or CCI (RSC) certification
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiac and/or Vascular Sonography
Work Schedule

Additional Information
  • Primary Shift: Day
    • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • On Call: No
  • Weekends: No
