Position Overview: The Restaurant Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in the overall success of Moe's by supporting the daily management of restaurant activities. This position is responsible for guiding the restaurant's operations in the absence of senior management, ensuring that the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation are upheld. The Supervisor also addresses concerns from team members, suppliers, and guests, escalating issues to upper management when necessary.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Provide effective supervision during designated shifts.
  • Create a welcoming environment for both team members and guests.
  • Oversee front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) responsibilities to manage labor costs as directed by management.
  • Monitor service speed to guarantee a satisfactory guest experience.
  • Assist in resolving guest feedback and complaints.
  • Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
  • Support the continuous training of team members, including onboarding new hires and reinforcing existing staff practices.
  • Encourage adherence to uniform policies and standards.
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are consistently followed.
  • Manage the opening and closing of the restaurant in the absence of senior management.

All other responsibilities as assigned by management.
