Supervising Clinical Laboratory Technologist, Correctional Facility- San Quentin Rehabilitation Center

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at the San Quentin Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for supervising employees, maintaining order and safety, and ensuring the accurate analysis of laboratory samples.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise laboratory employees and ensure they are performing their duties accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain order and safety in the laboratory, including ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
- Ensure the accurate analysis of laboratory samples, including performing quality control checks and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure seamless operation of the laboratory.
- Valid California State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license.
- Three years of experience in comprehensive clinical laboratory work, including making laboratory analyses.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
