Salary Range

$108,000 per year, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Leadership Manager to join our team at our Lane Service Center in Springfield, Oregon. The successful candidate will oversee multiple programs simultaneously, including Secure and Non-Secure Aid and Assist treatment serving individuals found unable to stand trial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical services and treatment provision within assigned region.
  • Supervise Residential Therapists and document supervision activities.
  • Provide leadership and clinical expertise to program staff.
  • Maintain professional confidentiality of personnel, client, and program information.
  • Protect client confidentiality while in the community.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in mental health field (Licensure as Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist strongly preferred).
  • Three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting (Minimum one year of management/managerial experience strongly preferred).
  • Able to provide licensure supervision if licensed.
  • Understanding and awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
