You will be responsible for conducting internal audits, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to management. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and report on internal audits, including IT, financial, and operational audits.
- Identify and assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the audit team to develop and implement audit plans, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives, as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
- Minimum four years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, or a related field.
- CISA certification is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
