Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Fastenal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of inventory solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
  • Perform replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
  • Interact with customers while making deliveries
  • Place and fulfill orders at customer sites
  • Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented
  • Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages that typically weigh 25-50 pounds and may weigh up to 75 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or industry-related work experience
