Key Responsibilities- Prepare parts for welding and perform dimensional checks, monitoring parameters, and testing.
- As a Bench Mechanic- Air Test pressure (ATP) Technician, you will be expected to read and follow written instruction in the form of job-specific work orders as well as customer process specifications as necessary for the successful completion of all interrelated tasks in accordance with defined requirements.
- Perform on-site maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure the highest level of quality and safety.
- Conduct air or water pressure leak tests and flow testing to ensure the integrity of our products.
- Visually inspect, clean, polish, and prepare cores for shipping to meet customer expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School education or equivalent is required.
- Displays good judgement – quality & safety. Ability to learn and apply new skills. Responsible for both the success of the individual and the team.
- Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition to ensure a safe working environment.
- Working knowledge and ability to do industrial math calculations and work to tight tolerances.
- Maintain established standards of quality, productivity & attendance and follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
