Position Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst in Cost Accounting plays a crucial role in the development, utilization, enhancement, and maintenance of the cost accounting framework. This position collaborates with various departments to ensure the collection of precise and timely costing information, offering management valuable insights into the financial aspects of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in all cost accounting functions within the organization.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the services offered to clients and the financial and operational factors influencing service delivery costs.
  • Enhance and maintain the cost accounting system to ensure seamless integration across different software platforms, consolidating all cost data from both clinical and financial systems.
  • Collaborate with accounting personnel to gather, compile, and report costing data as mandated by regulatory bodies.
  • Assist finance teams in addressing data requests and provide support for third-party requests for proposals (RFPs) related to various services.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Experience in cost accounting within manufacturing, healthcare, or non-profit sectors.
  • Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration.
