Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Proven software development expertise with 5+ years of experience (or MSc + 3 years)
  • Proficiency in developing high-quality digital assets and prototypes
  • Capacity to swiftly learn and embrace diverse emerging technologies, including Spatial Computing, XR (VR, AR, MR), Blockchain, and AI/ML
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative development approaches
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative and strategic mindset
  • Hands-on work ethic: proactive, curious, and adaptable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Collaborative approach to resolving complex technical and design challenges

Skills You Bring

  • Experience with Virtual or Augmented Reality, Cognitive Computing
  • Familiarity with contemporary web technologies, frameworks, containerization, and orchestration tools
  • Understanding of API design principles, with experience in RESTful APIs and GraphQL
  • Background in developing native mobile applications for Android or iOS
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and serverless computing
  • Familiarity with 3D tools and game engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or Blender
  • Knowledge of computer vision, machine learning, and neural networks
  • Strong Object-Oriented programming skills and familiarity with design patterns
  • Ability to analyze data from existing services for use in data visualizations
  • Expertise in 3D visualization techniques
  • Experience with Agile and iterative software delivery methodologies
  • Awareness of cybersecurity standards at the application layer

Preferred Qualifications

  • Publications or patents related to financial services, 3D data visualizations, or emerging technologies
  • Experience with Digital Twins, 3D avatars, motion capture, spatial audio, or other areas of spatial computing
  • Knowledge of Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI), LLM, IoT, 5G, 3D Printing, or other advanced technologies
  • Experience in scaling XR applications for web and native platforms
