Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and document existing processes for enterprise client support
  • Recommend improvements to processes for future scalability
  • Communicate clearly and transparently with engineering and business stakeholders
  • Evangelize best practices for code quality and developer productivity

Requirements:

  • Top-notch software engineering ability and 5+ years of experience in software customer implementations
  • Fluent in engineering best practices and ability to incorporate them into designs and execution
  • Understanding of all aspects of the software and product development lifecycle
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders to translate business and product goals into software solutions
