Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

1. A valid state Electrician's License.
2. At least 4 years of experience as an electrician, ideally in the commercial construction sector.
3. Experience in healthcare or hospital settings is highly preferred.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of commercial electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
5. Familiarity with electrical permit processes and a proven ability to obtain permits efficiently.
6. Strong understanding of local and state building codes and regulations.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships.
