Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and hospital operations
  • Manage and oversee the hospital's budget, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and community leaders to promote our hospital's mission and values
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to drive the hospital's growth and success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited institution
  • Master of Healthcare Administration or MBA with Healthcare concentration degree
  • Minimum 2 years recent hospital experience in a managerial position
  • Experience in physician relations or recruitment is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
