Job Summary

This position plays a critical role in implementing policies and state/federal laws related to student records. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of student data and coordinating with various departments to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise office staff and evaluate their performance to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve services for students, faculty, and staff.

Monitor the accuracy of student data and coordinate data changes with relevant offices.

Prepare and distribute enrollment reports during enrollment periods and provide data for use in setting enrollment goals and determining enrollment trends.

Serve as the chief institutional research officer, providing necessary data for Academic Affairs, University planning and review, Accreditation, and reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field with five years of experience in higher education.

At least two years of staff supervision experience.

Strong commitment to customer service and community relations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially EXCEL, and experience with Colleague or other student information system.
