Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Education Director to lead our preschool program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years
  • Supervise and support a team of teachers and staff
  • Manage the daily operations of the preschool, including budgeting and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with state and national regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and the community
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Director in a licensed childcare center or preschool
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to learn new technology and software
