Key Responsibilities- Embody Guerlain's Heritage and Values
As a Guerlain Ambassador, you will be the embodiment of the brand's savoir-faire, heritage, and values. You will communicate these values to clients and ensure that they are upheld in all interactions.
Expertise and Client OrientationYou will be an expert in the Guerlain product lines, particularly Orchidee Imperiale and Abeille Royal. You will enable a client-oriented mindset and promote the vision of luxury and modernity.
Relationship Building and Team LeadershipYou will maintain relationships with all retail partners, including Account Executives, Department Managers, and Store Managers. You will motivate Guerlain and retailer teams and lead by example.
Event Preparation and Client EngagementYou will prepare for events by participating in store rallies and showcasing new products. You will cultivate loyal, lapsed, and new clients through personalized interactions.
Communication and CollaborationYou will communicate with fellow Ambassadors and the Education Team through WhatsApp. You will contribute to achieving store goals and make every client interaction a personal and luxurious experience.
Account Support and VIP EventsYou will add value to Account Executive meetings and assist with VIP events in-store, including presell and booking appointments. You will strategize new ideas with Account Executives for individual markets.
Administrative TasksYou will be responsible for submitting T&E in a timely manner on a monthly basis. You will ensure image grooming guidelines are followed and maintain clean and luxe spa kits, including linens.
Product Training and Seasonal StockYou will partner with the Education Team to provide new and ongoing product training to in-store staff. You will organize seasonal car stock for stores and conduct all other job-related activities.
