Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Crew Members and Shift Leaders to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management.
- Direct the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager's absence, including managing cash handling, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
