About the Role
Ardurra is seeking a skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our Public Works Design Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing infrastructure projects, working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lay out detailed designs, plans, and specifications for infrastructure projects, including roadways and stormwater systems.
- Participate in the preparation of technical specifications and reports for review and approval.
- Collaborate with proposal teams to develop winning proposals and support business development efforts.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and design teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- At least 3 years of experience in engineering and design, with a focus on infrastructure development.
- California Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly recommended.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office, with experience in project management and team leadership.
