Your Role:

As a Cyber Systems Engineer, you will deliver cybersecurity engineering services that align with our client's objectives. You will collaborate with various teams to determine the optimal blend of tools and methodologies to convert client requirements and future aspirations into actionable plans that ensure secure and efficient solutions.

Innovation is key; you will explore new methodologies, move beyond traditional frameworks, and align with industry advancements.

Your leadership will guide the team through a thorough approach to system design, offering alternatives and customizing solutions to strike a balance between security and operational needs.

Utilizing your systems engineering expertise, you will engage in requirements analysis, architecture evaluation, technology assessment, and metrics development, while also providing operational support, including tool testing in live environments and liaising with vendors and relevant personnel.

You will develop and implement advanced methodologies, theories, and research techniques to address complex project requirements and technical specifications for software development initiatives, managing full life cycle projects or significant phases of high-visibility technical solution programs.

This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance the security landscape of the Intelligence Community (IC). Your technical proficiency will be crucial in assisting clients to navigate their most challenging issues by integrating secure practices, allowing you to expand your skill set while addressing their distinctive challenges.


Qualifications:


- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, test engineering, software development lifecycles, or system design and administration.
- Familiarity with mobile or wireless technologies and networks.
- Proven experience in collaborating with stakeholders across various organizations.
- Understanding of software vulnerabilities, exploits, and cybersecurity principles.
- Knowledge of operating systems at both administrative and kernel levels.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience with Android, iOS, or Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in tools such as KaliLinux, Wireshark, IDApro, or Docker.
- Experience with Python programming.
- Background in software development and code review.
- Awareness of the Intelligence Community's mission, vision, goals, and values.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.

Clearance Requirements:


Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

Salary at Booz Allen is influenced by various factors, including location, education, skills, competencies, experience, and specific contract requirements. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 annually.
