We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Belmont Village Senior Living. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our Building Engineer in all areas of maintenance for the building and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine building maintenance as directed, including painting, floor care, pressure washing, and basic plumbing repairs.
  • Complete maintenance tasks and work orders in resident apartments.
  • Assist with in-house resident moves.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year commercial facility maintenance experience.
  • Customer service oriented approach while interacting with residents and guests.
