Job Title: Technical IT Professional

About the Role:
Mindlance is seeking a highly experienced Technical IT Professional to join our team. As an IT support specialist leader, you will be responsible for managing support requests on a level 2 help desk, resolving hardware and software issues, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems.

About You:
We are looking for a skilled professional with at least 3 years of experience in managing support requests, resolving hardware and software issues, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems. You should have experience using VMware vSphere to support virtual desktops, Lan Sweeper, Remote desktop, and Active Directory. Additionally, you should have experience configuring and installing windows-based hardware, peripherals, network printers, and thin clients. Familiarity with Clonezilla, Lotus Notes, and Office 2016 is also required.

About the Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
