Position Overview:

The Information Security Compliance Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that the organization adheres to necessary compliance protocols and security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly assess the organization’s alignment with policies, regulations, and laws to maintain compliance.
  • Develop and oversee remediation plans for vulnerabilities identified through risk assessments and audits.
  • Enhance security awareness among management, ensuring that security principles are integrated into the organization's strategic vision.
  • Monitor audit findings and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to mitigate risks.
  • Advise on resource allocations necessary for the secure operation of cybersecurity measures.
  • Prepare technical documentation, incident reports, and findings for key stakeholders, ensuring timely reporting of security violations.
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of System Security Plans (SSP) and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies during system operation, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and configuration evaluations for networks, systems, and applications.
  • Align IT security initiatives with the overall security strategy of the organization.
  • Participate in compliance assessments and analyze noncompliance patterns to evaluate their impact on cybersecurity effectiveness.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, though not mandatory. A minimum of Security Plus certification is required as per 8570 standards. Candidates must possess a TS clearance with SCI eligibility and may need to pass a CI polygraph.

Interview Process:

The selection process will include an initial phone screening followed by a comprehensive Zoom interview with team members.
