Head Coach Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Head Coach at Orangetheory Fitness Franchise #0218. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our studio's fitness programs and ensuring that all members receive exceptional service.

About the Job
This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 1+ years of professional experience teaching groups and/or personal training in the fitness industry. You must have a current fitness certification from an OTF-approved education company and hold a CPR/AED certification. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable about human physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics, with the ability to design effective exercise programs tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities
- Lead a Team: You will lead a team of 5-7 coaches, guiding them in their roles and responsibilities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Community Building: Work closely with the Studio Manager to build our community by attending events, promoting services, and fostering strong relationships with members.
- Class Attendance: Be responsible for building class attendance and retaining current clientele by creating engaging workout experiences and delivering top-notch customer service.
- Safety and Quality: Ensure the safety of participants during workouts, monitoring heart rates, exercise technique, posture, spine, joint stress, and stability.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, addressing concerns and feedback professionally and objectively.

Requirements
- Current fitness certification from an OTF-approved education company (e.g., ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFFA, NCSF, ISSA)
- 1+ years of professional experience teaching groups and/or personal training in the fitness industry
- Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Experience in sports coaching, physical education, or personal training preferred

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
