Job Overview

Position: Sea Freight Import Customer Support Representative

We are a rapidly expanding, well-established international freight forwarding company seeking skilled customer service professionals for our ocean import division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and coordinating the transportation of containers for our clients.
  • Investigating and securing shipping options for imports.
  • Researching and negotiating favorable pricing for our clientele.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with internal teams, external clients, and ocean freight partners.
  • Processing work orders and collecting essential information for accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Knowledge of Less Than Truckload (LTL) and Full Truckload (FTL) shipping is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on daily challenges and enjoy creative problem-solving while upholding a positive and proactive attitude.

Compensation: We offer competitive salaries along with opportunities for career advancement.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with hours from 8/8:30 AM to 5/5:30 PM.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ocean logistics is a plus, though not mandatory. Candidates with degrees in Supply Chain Management are encouraged to submit their applications.
