Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and uphold a trustworthy network of subcontractors.
  • Provide accurate estimates for maintenance and repair tasks, which can vary from minor assignments to substantial projects valued at $1.5 million.
  • Engage in technical sales efforts to attract new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with service technicians who may direct leads to this position.
