Job Overview

An HVAC specialist is needed to install, maintain, and repair heating and air conditioning systems for commercial applications. This role involves working on comfort cooling or process systems, ensuring they function efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment and systems
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and maintenance manuals to understand how to operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
  • Use specialty tools, including torches and diagnostic equipment, to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
  • Record all required information on customer calls and complete paperwork in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have valid driver's licenses with no major violations within the last three years
  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician or successful completion of trade school or apprenticeship program
  • NATE certification is preferred
  • EPA Section 608 Technician Refrigerant Certification is required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Candidates must demonstrate ability to work safely

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
