About the Role:

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Specialist to join our team in New Carlisle, Indiana.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our corrugated box production facility by performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment, and collaborating with other teams to achieve optimal performance.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a maintenance technician with a strong background in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read schematics and blueprints
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

What We Offer:

Aerotek offers a competitive salary range of $70,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and employee discounts.

Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with shift work from 7 PM to 1 AM Monday to Wednesday and 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday/Sunday. Our facility is clean, climate-controlled, and requires wearing jeans and steel-toed shoes.
