Responsibilities:
  • Deliver best-in-class cosmetic injectable treatments, laser treatments, and other non-invasive procedures
  • Review and sign client intake forms, consent forms, and documentation
  • Conduct good faith examinations, client consultations, and provide treatment plans
  • Perform before and after photography
  • Educate clients on all treatments and product offerings
  • Actively promote the medspa, treatments, retail, and available promotions
  • Educate regarding procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
  • Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies
  • Perform prep work, properly clean, and restock the room as required
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment
Requirements:
  • Must be experienced delivering cosmetic injectable treatments (e.g., Botox Cosmetic, Juvderm, Restylane)
  • Up-to-date California licensure: PA-C, NP, or RN
  • Minimum 1-2 years of aesthetics experience. We will provide hands-on training for the right candidate.
  • Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel, and other software skills
  • Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients, and staff members
  • Work a flexible schedule as we are open evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures
  • Cheerful, upbeat demeanor, and can-do attitude
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and consultative skills
