Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee planning and scheduling analysis during the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) phase.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules, monitoring impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Generate EPC phase-related reports and conduct analysis, ensuring adherence to schedule quality metrics.
  • Support planning studies and project optimization efforts during the EPC phase.
  • Guide engineering teams in creating and sustaining both overarching project schedules and detailed short-term schedules.

Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Project Management, Project Controls, and external stakeholders to integrate engineering activities into the Integrated Master Control Schedule (IMCS) utilizing Primavera P6.

Facilitate the establishment of inter-system and inter-project logic ties within the schedule.

  • Assist in negotiating transitions between stakeholders concerning technical and engineering schedules.
  • Lead the organization of engineering scope schedule fragnets for planning and estimating purposes.
  • Provide oversight on the application and utilization of fragnets across the project.
  • Direct project management initiatives with integrated reviews of planned work and compile three-week look-ahead activities for stakeholders.
  • Evaluate scheduled EPC phase work activities to ensure alignment with project milestones.
  • Analyze critical paths and constraints, recommending solutions to meet baseline key milestones.
  • Develop contingency scenarios and recovery plans for project delays and change requests.

Minimum Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 13 years of relevant professional experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent with at least 19 years of relevant experience.

Extensive knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 software.

Experience in preparing, monitoring, and reporting schedule information within engineering, procurement, and construction settings.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Proven ability to plan, organize, execute, review, and present planning and scheduling deliverables.


Compensation:
$75.00 per hour
